Why do i feel like my phone has a virus

I was searching something in wikipedia then this pop up just come up and it says "Your samsung galaxy s3 might have virus, pls press ok to scan." the thing is it doesn't even says download it only says OK

I did press ok to scan it it's just whatever nothing happen i scan it on AVG Antivirus to then it turns out nothing, no virus at all

I think i am being paranoid i just don't want my phone to have that.. any suggestions?

Just uninstall the offender.
