Nexus 6, Can a contact be added on the Nexus 6 without being synced to Gmail or Microsoft Outlook?

Would like contacts added to my Nexus 6 to remain only on my smartphone without being synced to any other company or server. Would like contacts to remain on phone only without being synced to anything except my own computer.
