Is this an actual virus scan?

There is this thing that keeps popping up when I go on google chrome. It goes to this so called humger.com. The pop up and everything looks legit, but it i got a little skeptic since there was an ok and cancel button. Of course i restarted the browser. But what should i do? It keeps popping up after a few pages of internet. I tried searching to see if the website was safe or legit, but nothing came out. Someone help me please!

If it says 'you may have viruses on your phone, click here to find out', you can ignore it. The sort of sites you have been visiting may have caused it to pop up.

Of course, you MAY have viruses on your phone (though the way Android works, it's unlikely), but the pop-up thing cannot know that. That's something you could check with a legitimate anti-virus and anti-malware app.
