Why is my friends HTC One X giving me error messages?

Htc One x problem, need help!!

My friend's Htc One x started to show unfortunately the process has stopped for all apps, and sometimes it reboots. It has android 4.2.2, please help if you have the same problem or solution

Try a Cache Partition wipe.

Try also Settings, Storage, Cached Data, and clear the cache.

But I wonder whether this may be a battery problem? It may be worth having the battery checked.
