which part do I have to change on my Nexus 4

I just recently changed my digitizer and when my charger is not plugged in the touchscreen works but when I plug my charger in, the touche screen is really messed up. I have already tried resetting my phone. What part would I have to change on my phone for it to work properly?

It could be the screen or it could be the motherboard. (Or it could be something you messed up installing the digitizer.) There's no way to analyze the problem remotely - you'll have to bring it into a repair shop. (This is why I strongly recommend that people not try do do their own hardware repairs - the original problem may have had nothing to do with the digitizer.)
