Virus on Nexus 5 erased everything

It seems i may have gotten a virus via bluetooth. The outcome is that my phone seems like it came from the factory. No contacts no messages. Empty memory card. All downloaded apps are gone. Is there anyway to restore my contacts or messages or what i had on my phone pictures and other things?

It's virtually impossible that you got "a virus via bluetooth". Much more likely, is that somebody reset your phone, removed your account from the phone, or you've got a really whacky hardware issue. In any case, your info is gone from the phone and there's no way to get it back from the phone. However, contacts will be resynced from the google servers when you set up your account on that phone again. SMS messages are just gone. Email will resync if it's still on the server which means Gmail definitely will and others might. Apps might or might not reinstall depending on what mood google is in that day.
