Why galaxy tab s 10.5 is switching on?

My galaxy tab s 10.5 is not working, I have not yet dropped it or anything, it just won't turn on??? I have only been using it for like 10-11days? They told me to bring to the nearest samsung service center, I have no idea what the problem is, charging doesn't work, or even pressing ANY of the buttons,

There are various possible explanations so I think that their advice is sound. In such a relatively newly-bought device, you shouldn't have to fix problems like that yourself.
But....your wall socket is working, right?
