Why can't I hear on my phone even when the volume is all the way up?

im having problem with my volume cant hear music even with the volume all the way up

Yes I have samsung galaxy5 and for some reason my volume is'nt working properly. I could bearly hear it with the volume all the way up

Media volume isn't ringtone volume - make sure you're turning the volume up when music is playing. Turning it up, then running a media app, is turning up the ringtone volume.
