Is flashing light on Nexus OK?

[AC Question]

Why does a white light flashe five times on the bottom of the screen when I touch the On button on the side. I have not used the Nexus for about 2 weeks. Is this alright? I do not know my model number.
Can you please give me some advice? Thank you. Do you respond by placing an answer here? Do you need my email address?

I believe that it means that it's working, but that you need to charge the battery much more.
As you can see, we answer here, and we don't need your email address.
