Is my Tablet able to be rooted?

I have an Acer Iconia One 7 and I wish to root it. I have tried towelroot and that didn't work, so I need some help with rooting. Can someone help me and hopefully walk me through rooting my tablet?

What version of Android is it running? If it updated to 4.4.2 with a kernel date of June 2, 2014 or earlier, Towel Root should work. If the kernel date is later, try iRoot. If it's not updated, try Kingo.
