Can I set a default size for picture files?

I will be using this for work but I am limited to 2mb per picture that I upload. Is there a way to limit the size of a picture I take or easily adjust the size of a picture on the phone before uploading? I am trying to avoid uploading the pics to my desktop just to resize before sending to work website. I would like to just take a picture and send it directly from my phone. Thank you.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Open the Camera app, tap the Settings icon, and look for a resolution setting. Are you able to adjust the default resolution downward?
