Why is my battery life decreasing do rapidly?

My phones connected to charger but battery life is still decreasing! HELP ME!!

I've used like 4 different chargers and none work! Or I would leave em charging for like 30 minutes and it'd only gets 1%. Another charger: about an hour and it got 12%. Or it just doesn't catch any of the other chargers!! What do i do? Someone help asap!!! I've already tried that "clean usb port" thing. Didn't work. Any other ideas?? Any help is appreciated. Please and Thank you !

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Are you trying different cables as well as different wall charging plugs? Is the phone being used while charging?
