Galaxy S4 Mini Screen Password Locked, Cannot Remove Password
Hey, so I have samsung galaxy s4 mini, latest update. I was trying to add a PIN password to my phone but the only option available was Password, so I did that to see what it was. When I tried to turn it off, all other options were grayed out with "Disabled by administrator, encryption policy, or credential storage." There were no device administrators checked off, and I DO NOT have the option to clear credentials, it is grayed out too for some reason. The SD card is NOT encrypted either. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm getting really fed up here.
