Google play will not accept my password

[AC Question]

I get the message that my password or account has changed. Re-type your password. If you forgot.......I keep changing the password but it still does not work. My phone is samsung S5. I change the password after getting the code to enter from google on my phone and it accepts the change but I still can't login to google play.

Welcome to Android Central! Try going to Settings>Accounts, and remove your Google account completely, then add it back again.
