My Samsung 10.1 freezes all the time, how can I fix this?

samsung 10.1 freezes all the time ..

I tried factory reboot. it didn't work. I was told to junk it!! [its the hardware]
Is there something else i can do?

Welcome to Android Central! Which 10.1 tablet? There are quite a few different models with that screen size.

Did you do a simple reboot or an actual factory reset? They're different--a reboot is just powering off and then powering back on. A factory reset wipes the data and reverts the device back to factory settings.
