How do I set my custom device status back to the official status?

device status custom? ?? I want to know how to set it back to official status

I bought a galaxy s4 active on Craigslist and I found out I couldn't use it because the status was set to custom I want my phone to be set back to official so I can use it pleasee help me!

The phone is most likely rooted, so install Xposed Installer and the Wanam Xposed module, if they're not already installed. In Wanam, in Security Hacks, there's a "Fake system status" item that, when checked, will get rid of the Custom screen after a few restarts.

(You can still use it with the Custom screen, but since it's probably running a custom ROM, you can't update it until you return it to stock by flashing the stock ROM. Which you probably don't want to do right now, considering that even the latest version of LolliFlop is more bug than system.)
