    Don't remove any yet.

Any apps from the carrier (AT&T apps, Verizon apps, etc.) may be safe. Freeze them first. If the phone works okay for a month, you can uninstall them. If the phone acts up because one of them is frozen, unfreeze (I think TB calls it "thawing") them and freeze them one by one, until you identify the ones that cause problems when frozen. Then you can uninstall the ones that don't cause problems.

(You can also use Link2SD to freeze and unfreeze, App Backup & Restore to back up apps [and they're backed up to apk files, so you don't need an app to restore one] and Helium to back up the data from the apps [and the apps too, but then you have to run Helium to restore them]. They're all free.)

Always make sure you have a stock ROM and the means to flash it, in case you mess something up and the phone bricks.

(I hope you actually rooted the phone. Just installing those 3 apps won't root it. If Root Checker says it's rooted [after you give SuperSU permission to let it run as root], it is.)
