How to get rid of anonymous text message.

I keep getting a text but it has no content.

266686697 is Anonymous on my White Pages Caller ID keyboard. White pages caller ID said this number, also known as Anonymous, is from Lesotho, Africa!! You can block unknown senders in your text message settings on my Samsung note. I couldn't Delete this blank text message from Anonymous, but blocking unknown senders in text message settings made it disappear. It's someone from Lesotho, Africa, probably a virus or other nefarious activity.
