How to change always/just once setting without changing all apps

I accidentally pressed always instead of just once to open pictures on an app. Usually I use gallery but it doesn't give me the option anymore. I tried going to settings> application manager then pressing reset applications but I don't want to reset all of them. Then I tried going into camera under application manager and pressing clear defaults but the button is grayed out and it says no defaults set. I have a Kyocera Brigader.

You can do it manually without thinking about it once you've done it a few times,, but Default App Manager Lite makes it easier. You choose the app you want to change and it'll bring you to the right setup in Application manager to clear that app as the default (tap the Clear defaults button). Then you'll get back the Always/One Time screen again.
