Problem when charging Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5

Hello. I am having a problem with my tablet. I dont know why i was plugging it into the charger when my tablet turned off and suddenly the percent went up to 28%. but before that it kept giving me warning to plug in the charger and when i did, that happened. and i dont know why the battey life span is too short. i was charging it in the morning and i used it to read some saved documents (not using the wifi) and around 7pm i had to charge it again. i am scared if something is wrong with the battery.

I think it is a defective product. It has problem with battery life and software too. I suggest you to contact to service center as soon as possible.
