How do I make space in my gallery for more albums on my Samsung Galaxy s2?

I have a large number of photo alums created through Picasa Tool and saved in my Gallery on my Samsung Galaxy s2. It seems I have run out of space on my phone, because when I try to create a new album in Picasa Tool and upload photos, it doesn't work on my phone, though I can find the pictures in my Picasa web album accessed through a laptop. Do I need to move some of the older albums off my phone and save to an external drive to free up memory?

You have to get rid of some of the things on the phone to add more things. Once it's full, it's full. You can't add more space. You can put an SD card into it, up to 32GB, and move pictures there.
