Why can't I get into Google on my Tab 2 (keeps asking if new or existing tried both)?

can't get in Google on tab 2 keeps asking if new or existing tried both help

If I go to playstore or you tube even searching it won't let me I've used hotspots etc always same I need an account I have one no go so I try new account still no go pls help

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Accounts. Is Google listed there? If so, tap it--which email account is it associated with? If you don't see Google, then did you try tapping Add Account in that menu?
