I have recently bought a tablet to go travelling with and purchased an SD card for extra memory. I have downloaded a number of films an TV series but when moved to my SD card they no longer play. Does any one know why this might be?

Make sure that the SD card has enough memory to hold the complete file. Ex. Putting a 4GB file in a 2GB SD card will result it only half getting transfered. Which will corrupt the file. Also make sure the SD card is compatible with your tablet. Ex. Some devices accept SDHC but not SDXC

Thank you. My sd card is a 64gb so I wouldn't have thought it will be too small. How would I find out what type of sd card it is and whether it is compatible? I have a hudl 2 if that helps at all.
