Note 4 Screen S-pen and finger frictoin

im so stupid and i learnt about the screen coating after i was finished rubbing my screen with few stuffs(LCD spray) and i did a water drop test and it doesn't sound like the ones i saw on the net, and my finger has so much friction unlike the first day, its almost impossible to play games like nova ! and right now after rubbing it again with a microfiber cloth the s-pen has lots of friction, this happened before on all my phones but randomly fixed, but i just thought i get a solution because it really bothers me!
do you have any idea what i can do? and i don't like screen protectors, so hard to apply, and i can't find any decent ones in my country + they bother the s-pen !
