I want a root explorer for computer ?

i copied some framework file of other in mine android phone. when i did it my phone went blank and i restart it ,it shows blue blank screen...

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Did you Copy the file, or did you Move the file? If you Moved the file, that means it got deleted from the phone, and if it was a crucial system file, the phone is probably bricked.
