Using device when charging

i have samsung galaxy tab s 10.5. i wonder what is the effect of using it while charging it. will it effect rhe battery life span or reduce the tablet's performance or...?

Well, I can only speak from my experience that with my Note Pro 12.2 using the device while charging only affects charging time but does not seem to negatively affect the tablet in any other manner.

i see... but sometimes when i charge while using it, it will take longer time to reach 100% and the battery life span will become really short. like the percent will quickly decrease in an hour or two. idk if this only happen when i use while charging or it will happen permanently even if i left itself charging. pls pls plss help me reply v.v
