How do I get rid of spots on the screen of Galaxy S5?

Spots on screen of Galaxy S5

I have 3 spots on my screen that look like air bubbles under a screen protector but I don't have a screen protector. They just showed up suddenly I never noticed them before.

Did you recently leave the phone exposed to sunlight for a long period of time? Oftentimes that could happen when left faceup in direct sunlight without protection.

If that's the case it likely won't go away and the only fix is to replace the screen.
