Galaxy Grand i9082 battery falls from 50 to zero in 2 or 3 minutes. I tried changing the battery. Still it doesn't work

Welcome to Android Central! Probably a failing battery. Try a new one.

Then either you have extremely bad luck and replaced it with a shot battery (as likely as getting hit by a piece of debris falling off an alien space ship) or there's a short somewhere in the phone. Unfortunately, it probably will cost more to find the problem and fix it than it will to replace the phone.
