After root it with odin its stuck in odin/download mode i cannot reboot it i am researching in couple hours still no step by step solution i will keep my patience for the answer

Flash the stock ROM with Odin (look on SamMobile Firmwares for a ROM for your particular model), then make sure the rooting method you use is for the particular phone, for the particular version of Android.
