Why does my Galaxy S4 have trouble rceiving iPhone messages?

Galaxy s4 trouble rceiving iphone messages

i have a galaxy s4. I can receive messages from all of my friends that have an iphone except one. When this one erson is part of a group message I can not see her texts. If she messages me individualy I can not see her texts. I can get a phone call from her. Help!does anyone have a solution?

Maybe ask this person to delete any existing threads they have with you and start a new convo? This person can also long press the blue imessage text and send as a text. It should turn green. Good luck!
