When I try to make calls using MagicJack, why do I have to call twice for the call to connect (Samsung S4)?

Regular get distrubed while MagicJack installed on Samsung S4

I am having Samsung S4 and installed Magic Jack free app to make calls. When this is installed, my regular local cals is affecting. If I answer the call it won't success at first time. If they call again it works. The same for outgoing calls too.
When I uninstall the app the issue disappers.
Please assist.

maybe cause app permissions.. make it.. take second look and contact the game developers..
