Can I get some help using M8 Sat AV on my Galaxy S4?

I have M8 sat av on my galaxys4 - problems using it - help

It asks me to subscribe which I thought I already had done. Then when I try to do it again it says user not eligible for this service....help please !! Thanks

I'm not going to try to explain it - my brain doesn't work in the twisted ways it would take to figure this one out. I'm in the US. The US is a country authorized to buy Android apps from Amazon. I'm not eligible to buy M8 Sat Nav (I can't find any reference on the web to M8 Sat AV) by Telenav due to geographical restriction. Huh? The US is no longer a part of the US? (See what I mean by twisted?)

It could be because it's for UK and ROI (Republic of Ireland). Or it could be because it was pulled from the Play Store. (Or it could be because the next full moon is just over a week away - who knows?)
