it is samsung tab 2 and i already reset my device but still not working my paly store

Welcome to Android Central! Did you reboot, or do an actual full factory reset?

Try going to the App Manager, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Now try again. If that doesn't work, try wiping the system cache partition: http://forums.androidcentral.com/sa...ing-into-recovery-mode-galaxy-s2-s3-tab2.html
