Can anyone help me?
I was doing something on my phone and it froze so I tried to turn it off to restart it but it wouldn't turn off, I then tried pressing the home button to go back to the home page but that didn't work either. I took the battery out left it a few minutes, put it back in then tried to turn it back on but it still didn't work. I've tried a different battery but that didn't work either and I've also tried holding down the power button, home button and the volume button at the same time but nothing happened. I also put it on charge to see if that worked but it didn't, when my phone froze it had battery so the battery can't of ran out. Can someone please help?
