Why does my Samsung account say it can't sync?

my samsung account can't sync???

my contct and memos and calenders and internet data is not syncronising on samsung account ..i have made i,d in it also but still sync starts and then stops saying sync is temporary unavailable

Hello. Welcome to Android Central.

You say you have set an id, did you do this recently or was it the same as the one you may have set when you registered the phone.
I say this because I stupidly ended up with two Samsung accounts with two email addresses!

Have you
a) put master Sync on (have to ask!)

b) gone to Accounts - Samsung - Profile, where it will ask you to confirm your password, or help you reset a new one.
