All my apps, camera & voicemail disappeared!
My Galaxy S5 seems to have reset itself! Beyond what I actually had when I purchased the phone in September 2014. My battery was at about 20% the last time I checked it and was normal. When I came back to it about an hr later to charge it, I noticed all my apps, camera & gallery, even my voicemail were gone. I can only make and receive calls & texts and use internet only. All my contacts, texts and call log are still there and up to date. Help, I have never seen anything like this before and am afraid to troubleshoot myself, I'm taking it to Sprint to evaluate, but this is so odd. Anyone else have this problem and is it an easy fix? I just have general knowledge, certainly not very tech saavy.
