Are you sure you installed the 9500 ROM for your country/carrier? There are different ROMs.

Are you sure the custom ROM was written for your country/carrier? You can't just install any 4.4.2 ROM and expect it to work, it has to be written for your phone and, in some cases, for your carrier.

This ROM is recognized "ARROW" If you know for example
I really do know what I do ... I installed version 4.1 and past 4.2,
And even 4.3
But the last two times that in 2 different versions of roms that does not work it just stuck on loading
