Why does my Verizon get an unlimited data error message at bb.com?

Verizone unlimited data error message at bb.com

Hi. I tried to order a new phone through an upgarde on bestbuy.com, and was planning on using my sim card so i could keep unlimited data. I was given an error message (multiple times), and when I called in (per the message), i was told that i would be losing unlimited data. I didnt proceed. What is the best way to go about achieving my goal of keeping my unlimited data? Thanks!
