Which phone should I get the S5 and Note 3?

I really love the s5 camera features and I want my phone to have a good camera so I love the s5 but the fact that it has only 2 GB of ram makes me want to opt for the note 3 which has 3gb of ram and also the bigger battery. So what I'm asking is does the s5 lag if there are too many apps installed and how many app can we install in an s5 before it lags. Also how much difference is there in the camera quality of the s5 and note 3?

It's not how many are installed, it's how many are running.

As many as will fit in storage, minus about 300MB (which Android needs).

The app and the photographer will make a lot more difference than the 3MP difference in cameras. The stock app is terrible. Open Camera is about the least app I'd use.
