The S6 will have the better camera and potentially faster/greater internal storage. However, I'd rather have the Note 4 and all it offers.

Whatever is better for you.

Personally, right now the Note 4 has more to offer me as a replacement for my Note 3.

However, I could live with the battery and sd card limitations of the S6 if it's qhd 5.1" display could use the screen real estate as effectively as my Note 3, but I don't think so.

We will have to wait for the reviews on the software and usability, and then weigh up what is important to us.

So it's too early to say, though many will have decided already.

I am miffed about the set battery and capacity though. I think it's the old built-in obsolescence reduced to a year of life instead of two.
