So every time i go into my settings, anything i choose such as my apps or security settings etc..it force closes, same for some of the apps i download, they force close 100% of the time, i have the latest update but these issues have been going on long before this, i have factory reseted and went into safe mode to clear the cache of my settings and other apps...please help!!!
