    Presumably you've reported it to the police, and given the IMEI number to your network provider so that they can block it?

    That depends on how the carriers and laws work in Ghana. Contact both the police and your carrier. (In the US, the carriers use a list of blocked phones to prevent them from being used, but it may be different there. Notifying the police of anything of value that's been stolen is a good idea.)
