Can I activate QPair on my LG G3 with a broken screen?

lg g3 qpair with a broken screen?

so I dropped my lg g3 and the screen is cracked, I can see but it wont let me push anything higher than the home button. I also have the lg tablet 8.3 I think, which can be paired with the phone so I can still make calls and texts until I can get the screen fixed. is there anyway to activate the qpair on my g3 with the screen ruined?

I also have a laptop and the connecter cable if that helps
