How do I get my LG G2 off of the LG logo?

LG G2 stuck at LG logo

my phone was completely fine, never been rooted or messed with, a stock t mobile G2. but all of the sudden the phone reset it self. like a reboot, it has done it in the past, but this time its stuck on the LG screen and the green/blue/LED keeps blinking. i tried a hard reset holding power button and the down volume, and it didnt work it went back to a boot cycle with first. the LG logo and then the LG logo again but with the LED blinking. please help this was supper random.

Welcome to Android Central! That's not a good sign. Just to be sure, did you follow these exact steps (from the Verizon help page)?


  1. Ensure the device is powered off.
  2. Press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power button.
  3. When the LG logo is displayed release the Power button only then immediately press and hold the Power button again.
  4. Release both buttons when the Factory data reset screen displays.
  5. From the Factory data reset screen, select Yes.

  6. Select Yes to start.
