How do I get Google Play working again (Nexus 7)?

Nexus 7: Google play isn't working

Hi everybody,

Yesterday I got each 20sec that my Google Play wasn't working on my Nexus 7. I decided to switch it off and on. Since that, my nexus isn't switching on. It stays where the colored "X" glows... Any help, please!?

Welcome to Android Central! 2012 or 2013? Force a power down by pressing and holding the Power button for 10-15 seconds. Then boot into Recovery and wipe the cache partition: http://forums.androidcentral.com/go...e-nexus-7-2012-2013-cache-partition-wipe.html

Thanks for the quick answer. It's the 2013 version and it still get stuck where the colored "X" glows... :'(

Take this opportunity to make sure all of your data is synced or backed up, in case it's a warning sign of any problems in the near future.
