How do you insert a sim card into a Verizon LG Enlighten?

I have removed back cover and battery and cannot find where to install sim card. cannot visually see one.

Actually, the Enlighten on Verizon seems to be a CDMA-only phone (i.e., no 4G LTE), and therefore doesn't use a SIM: LG Enlighten specs
