Galaxy S5 is stuck in Kids Mode, how do I get out of this mode?

[AC Question]

Galaxy S5 is stuck in Kids Mode..

I never set up a pin number or password. Now what? Phone is useless except to my 16 month old grandson. Verizon suggested a hard reset after I tried every pin known to man turned the phone off and on and removed the battery and put it back in.
Does Samsung have a default pin for this lovely free app I did not know I had to set up.
