Why is my Lollipop Moto G 1st gen forgetting saved wifi networks?

I have a 1st gen Moto G 16 gb, purchased in feb/2014. Around november, a problem showed up: if I turned off wifi, went on plane mode or shut down the phone, it erased from its memory some wifi networks I had saved. I upgraded OS to Lollipop, but the problem persists. Old networks remain, but the ones I saved after the problem started are forgotten consistently. Solutions? Anybody else with the same problem?
