    My wife's phone hangs up on 4G LTE and will not go to WIFI when it is available. We have to turn mobile data off for it to go to WIFI, then turn mobile data back on. As soon as she is away from WIFI and it goes back to mobile data, it hangs up in 4G LTE again when it goes back to WIFI. We have identical Samsung SGH-1337 phones on AT&T. My phone doesn't have this problem. Needless to say, we are burning data that we don't need to.

    Bring her phone into your local AT&T store. You'll probably have to bring it to the Device Support Center - they'll tell you where that is (it could even be in that store). Make sure everything is backed up - they might just replace the phone.
