how do I get my google bookmarks to sync to my samsung galaxy s4

I got tired of losing my bookmarks every time my phone is reset itself or I had to reset it I lost my bookmarks a lot. So I created a full ver and named it my by my email mean I hope that means that any bookmarks saved in that folder are saved to my Google account that's what I intended. however now I have no idea how to get those bookmarks back. if anyone could help me I would be eternally grateful because I really and a techno dinosaur.

Welcome to Android Central! I'm not sure exactly what kind of file you created, but the simple solution for you is to use Chrome, and make sure it's synced with your Google account (by going to Settings>Accounts-Google>[your Google Account], and making sure Chrome is checked). This will sync all of your desktop Chrome browser's bookmarks with your tablet's. The problem with Samsung's stock Internet browser is that the bookmarks are only locally stored, and don't sync with anything.
